CRM migration promo code discount: PH50 at Checkout

The Stripe Checkout page for a paid Shuttio migration now has a promotion code field. If you are moving a CRM into Clarify or Odoo, you can enter a promotion code there.

What changed

Checkout now has a field for a promotion code. Stripe applies the discount and checks the code's expiry date and redemption limits when you enter it (Stripe docs).

Shuttio does not calculate the discount.

Shuttio still confirms payment with Stripe's payment status for the Checkout session.

How to use it

The field appears on the Checkout page of migrations priced by record count: CRM migrations into Clarify or Odoo, from $249 for up to 50,000 records. The steps:

1. Start a migration and pick your source (HubSpot, Pipedrive or Affinity, or Attio when the destination is Clarify) and a destination of Clarify or Odoo. Affinity to Odoo is not supported.
2. Connect the source and the destination.
3. Choose the objects to move. Shuttio discovers every object of the source live.
4. Review the fields.
5. Run the free sample. It picks a random 5% of the records of the top-level objects (at least 10, at most 1,000), plus the records of other objects that link to them, so you check real data before you pay.
6. On the result screen, read the counted total and the price for your band. The price is shown before the full run starts.
7. Press Run full migration. Shuttio sends you to Stripe Checkout.
8. In the promotion code field, enter your code and apply it. Check the total Checkout shows, then pay.

After payment, Stripe returns you to your migration page and the full run starts. If you leave through the cancel link on Checkout, Stripe also returns you to the migration page.

The band prices run from $249 (up to 50,000 records) to $4,749 (up to 5,000,000). The pricing page lists every band.

What it does not cover

• Moves into Attio. They are free at any record count and never reach Checkout, so there is no field to enter a code in.
• CSV imports. They are free for every destination and never reach Checkout either.
• Anywhere but Checkout. Shuttio has no promotion code field of its own. You enter the code on Stripe's page.
• Expired codes. Stripe checks the expiry, not Shuttio.

If your migration is over 5,000,000 records, it has no list price and Shuttio asks you to email instead, so you do not reach Checkout.

FAQ

Do I need a code to move data into Attio? No. A move into Attio is free at any size, and a CSV import is free for every destination. Neither opens Checkout.

Where do I type a code? On the Stripe Checkout page you reach after pressing Run full migration. You do not enter it in Shuttio before that.

How does Shuttio know I paid? Shuttio marks the run as paid from Stripe's payment status for that session.

Does the free sample change if I use a code? No. The sample is free before any payment. It picks a random 5% of the top-level objects' records (at least 10, at most 1,000) plus the records linked to them. The price appears on the result screen once the count is in.
