CRM migration, done for you
We scope, map, run and check your migration into Attio, Clarify, Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Breakcold or Twenty. You review the sample and sign off.
From $1,000 per migration
What you get
A field-mapping workshop
We go through every source field with you and decide where it lands, what is renamed, and which field records are matched on.
Custom objects and pipelines
Your own objects and every pipeline with its stages are set up in the new CRM before any record moves.
Data cleanup before the import
Duplicates, empty fields and broken links are listed and fixed in the source or in the mapping, so they do not arrive in the new CRM.
A sample we review together
A sample of every object lands first (5% of your companies, contacts or deals, 10 to 1,000 records, picked at random, with their linked records). We open the destination with you and check them against the source before the full run starts.
The full run
We run it, watch it, and re-run only the records that failed. Notes, tasks, meetings, files and lists move with their records where the source and destination allow it.
A written report
Counts per object, and every failed record with its reason and what we did about it.
Four steps
You make the decisions and check the results. We do the work in between.
- 1
Scoping call
YouYou tell us the source, the destination, what must move and what must stay behind.
CrafttWe read your source schema, list the objects and fields, and give you a fixed price and dates.
- 2
Prep and sample
YouYou open the destination and check the sample (5% of your companies, contacts or deals, 10 to 1,000 records, picked at random, with their linked records).
CrafttWe map the fields, create custom objects and pipelines, clean the data, and run the sample.
- 3
Full run
YouYou keep working in the old CRM. Records created there after the run started can be copied in a second pass before you switch.
CrafttWe run the migration, link the records in a second pass, and re-run the ones that failed.
- 4
Report and sign-off
YouYou check the report against your source and sign off.
CrafttWe send the written report: counts per object, and each failed record with its reason.
Who does it
George Maramigin, founder of Craftt, an Attio implementation partner. Craftt built Shuttio and runs your migration.
Security
A managed migration runs on the same pipeline as self-serve Shuttio: the same encryption of credentials, the same rollback, and no record passes through a model. Read the security page.
Questions before the call
How long does it take?
On the scoping call we give you dates for your migration. Most of the elapsed time is you checking the sample and us cleaning the data. The run itself takes minutes to hours, depending on the record count.
What does it cost, and what changes the price?
From $1,000 per migration. We fix the price after the scoping call. It goes up with the number of objects and pipelines, custom objects, how much cleanup the data needs, and the number of source systems.
Which CRMs do you move?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Affinity, Twenty and Attio, and any CRM that exports to CSV. Destinations are Attio, Clarify, Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Breakcold and Twenty. If your source needs a CSV route, we say so on the scoping call.
What if something fails?
Every failed record is listed with its reason. We fix the cause and re-run only those records, never the whole migration. Until the credentials are deleted, 14 days after the run, the migration can be rolled back: it removes every record, list entry, field and option it created. A record it matched and updated stays, with its old values not restored.
Self-serve or done for you?
Self-serve Shuttio is free into Attio at any record count, and you do the mapping and review yourself. Into Clarify, Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Breakcold or Twenty, a CRM migration is priced by record count. Done for you adds a person who runs the workshop, the cleanup, the migration and the check.
Tell us what has to move
On the call we scope the migration and give you a fixed price and dates. From $1,000 per migration.
