Shuttio vs Data2CRM, including the rows we lose.

The data2crm.com domain redirects to SyncMatters, which sells the self-serve migration tool MigrateMyCRM. SyncMatters' pages do not explain how the two names relate. This page compares what SyncMatters publishes with Shuttio on price, what moves and what happens to your data, and marks the rows where the other tool is ahead.

Sourced from the public SyncMatters and MigrateMyCRM pages linked in each row, read on 2026-10-23. If something here has gone out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

Cost and time

Both tools price by record count and let you check a sample before paying.

Price

Even
Shuttio

Into Attio: free at any record count. Into Clarify or Odoo: a CRM migration is priced once per migration by record count, from $249 (up to 50,000 records) to $4,749 (up to 5,000,000); a CSV import is free. The price shows before the full run starts.

Data2CRM

Tiers by record count: Free $0 (fewer than 100 records), Launch $149 (fewer than 5,000), Starter $349 (fewer than 12,500), Growth $599 (fewer than 25,000), Plus $1,199 (fewer than 100,000), Premium $2,499 (fewer than 500,000), Enterprise $3,499 (over 500,000, up to 2M). The page states no billing period. Under 5,000 records the $149 tier is lower than our $249 into Clarify or Odoo. At 50,000 records the tier is $1,199, against our $249, but Clarify is not on its connector list and Odoo support is unclear. A second price page, migratemycrm.com/pricing, did not open for us, so we use this table.

When you pay

Even
Shuttio

Nothing is written until you have reviewed the fields and started the free sample. The price shows before you click "Run full migration".

Data2CRM

Samples are free, and you pay only when the full migration starts.

What moves

MigrateMyCRM lists 44 platforms; Shuttio covers fewer, with Attio, Clarify and Odoo as documented destinations.

Which CRMs you can move between

Data2CRM
Shuttio

Sources: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Affinity, Attio, CSV. Destinations: Attio, Clarify, Odoo. We do not cover Dynamics, Zoho, Close or Copper, or Pipedrive as a destination.

Data2CRM

44 platforms in one list, with no split into sources and destinations. It includes HubSpot, Pipedrive, CSV, Close, Copper, Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho CRM. The page adds that an unlisted system may be handled through CSV export, API access or custom mapping.

Source

Attio, Clarify or Odoo as the destination

Shuttio
Shuttio

All three are destinations. Into Attio the move is free at any record count.

Data2CRM

Attio and Clarify are not on the list of 44 platforms. Odoo is not in the written list; an odoo-crm logo appears in the logo grid, so support is unclear. The page says an unlisted system may be handled through CSV export, API access or custom mapping, so ask them before you rule it out.

Source

Affinity as the source

Shuttio
Shuttio

Affinity is a source, except into Odoo, which we do not support.

Data2CRM

Affinity is not on the connector list. The page says an unlisted system may be handled through CSV export, API access or custom mapping.

Source

Which records and objects move

Even
Shuttio

People, companies and deals land in the destination's standard objects. Every other ticked object lands as an object of its own name, with its fields, options and links. From Pipedrive into Attio, done calls land in Phone calls and open activities become tasks.

Data2CRM

The features page mentions object mapping, custom objects and mapping to existing custom objects. It does not name contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks, calls, emails or files. For Pipedrive as a source, each CRM user needs an API token, and each token moves that user's emails and attachments.

Source

What happens to your data

Shuttio documents rollback, per-record results and credential retention. The MigrateMyCRM pages we opened do not.

Undo a migration

Even
Shuttio

Cancelling deletes everything the migration created, in reverse order, including the objects, fields and options it added. Structure that existed before is never touched. A record that already existed and was matched stays.

Data2CRM

The only undo described is version control for mappings, which reverts to earlier mapping versions. No page we opened describes rolling back migrated data.

Source

A result for every record

Even
Shuttio

Every record is listed with its result. Failures show the reason, and records that depend on a failed one are skipped and shown as a chain.

Data2CRM

Not stated on the features page. We found no per-record report with failure reasons.

Source

Free sample before paying

Even
Shuttio

50 records per object, with the parent records (companies, contacts) linked to deals kept, so you check real data.

Data2CRM

Unlimited free samples, no credit card. Each sample moves a randomized share of about 10% of the records, and you can rerun it to check mapping and filter settings.

Source

Credentials and how long they are kept

Even
Shuttio

Credentials are encrypted and deleted 14 days after the run. No AI model writes your data.

Data2CRM

The connect-step article calls connections secure and ISO/GDPR compliant, and says SyncMatters staff cannot log in to your CRM with the credentials you supply. It does not say how credentials are stored or how long data is kept.

Where the other tool is ahead

Two rows come down to a paid service we do not offer and a delta pass with documented update modes.

A person who runs the migration with you

Data2CRM
Shuttio

Self-serve only. We have no guided or done-for-you service.

Data2CRM

Guided Migration is an $875 add-on to the self-service package: a migration specialist, 5 hours of support, mapping verification and quality assurance, delivered in 1 to 2 weeks. Custom Migration is quoted by record count, source, destination and requirements, and takes 3 or more weeks.

Source

Catching up the target after the first run

Data2CRM
Shuttio

"Move new records" copies records created in the old CRM after the first run.

Data2CRM

Delta migration is a final pass with three modes: create new records only, update changed records only, or both. The article does not say whether a delta costs extra.

What this comes down to

If your destination is Attio

MigrateMyCRM does not list Attio on its connector page. Shuttio moves HubSpot, Pipedrive, Affinity or CSV into Attio free at any record count, with a free 50-record sample and a per-record report. Rollback also removes the objects, fields and options the migration created, and Pipedrive done calls land in Phone calls.

If your destination is Clarify or Odoo

MigrateMyCRM does not list Clarify, and Odoo appears only as a logo, so ask them before you pay. Shuttio supports both: a CSV import is free, a CRM migration costs $249 for up to 50,000 records, and the price shows before the full run starts. Affinity to Odoo is the one pair we do not support.

If your source or destination is not one of ours

Choose MigrateMyCRM if you move to or from Dynamics, Zoho, Close or Copper, or into Pipedrive; its list has no source and destination split, so confirm the direction first. Choose it too if you want a specialist on the job ($875 add-on), a delta pass that updates changed records, or a job under 5,000 records at $149. Shuttio does not cover the first three, and has no delta pass that updates changed records.

If Attio is where you are going, start here.

Nothing is written to your new CRM until you have reviewed the objects and fields, and every CRM migration starts as a free sample: 5% of your companies, contacts or deals, 10 to 1,000 records, picked at random, with their linked records.
