You can migrate HubSpot to Attio yourself for free, with Attio's built-in Import2 flow or with Shuttio. Pay someone when the data model needs a redesign on the way in, not only a copy. Craftt does a standalone migration for a flat $700. Attio's Experts directory lists 65 partners on 4 November 2026.

Do it yourself: Import2 or Shuttio
Both are free into Attio. Attio's help says it will not charge for a migration started from the Migrate button. Only admins can run it, and it is available on the Plus, Pro and Enterprise plans.
Import2 brings notes and tasks, imports calls as notes and does not import meetings or emails. Its undo removes the imported records but leaves the pipelines, stages and fields it created until their support resets them.
Shuttio starts with a free sample of 5% of your records (10 to 1,000), which is a real write into Attio you can check and roll back. Meetings, calls and logged emails land on the right records; HubSpot lists become Attio lists. Rollback deletes every record, attribute and option the migration created. The row-by-row comparison lists the rows where Import2 is ahead too.
When to pay for help
Pay when the move is also a redesign: pipelines merged, custom objects added, ownership and stages cleaned up. The tool copies your HubSpot structure; it does not decide what Attio should look like.

What does not move from any route
Reports and dashboards do not migrate. In Attio you rebuild them as views, filtered lists and dashboards. Automations are rebuilt as Attio workflows.
