Shuttio vs Skyvia, including the rows we lose.
Skyvia is a cloud data platform for import, synchronization, replication, backup and automation, sold as a monthly subscription. Shuttio does one thing: it moves a CRM's records into another CRM once, priced per migration. This page compares what Skyvia publishes with Shuttio for someone moving CRM data, and marks the rows where Skyvia is ahead.

Cost
Skyvia bills a subscription by records per month. Shuttio bills once per migration.
Price
EvenInto Attio: free at any record count. Into every other destination: a CRM migration is free under 5,000 records in total (contacts, companies, deals, notes, activities and files together); otherwise it is priced once per migration by record count, from $249 (up to 50,000 records) to $4,749 (up to 5,000,000 records); a CSV import is free. The price shows before the full run starts.
Data Integration plans are monthly: Free $0 (10k records per month, runs once a day, 2 scheduled integrations), Basic from $79 a month billed annually ($99 billed monthly) for 5M records, Standard from $79 ($99) for 500k records with hourly runs, Professional from $399 ($499) for 10M records with runs every minute. Extra records cost $0.06 per 1k on Standard and $0.02 per 1k on Professional. The integration page gives the free plan as 5k records between data sources and 100k for CSV; the pricing page says 10k.
What moves
Skyvia connects to more than 200 systems; Shuttio connects to the CRMs it migrates between.
How many systems it connects
SkyviaSources: CSV, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Affinity, Freshdesk, Toggl Track, Clockify, SugarCRM, Vtiger and Twenty, plus Attio into Clarify, Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Breakcold and Twenty. Destinations: Attio, Clarify, Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Breakcold and Twenty.
"200+ pre-built connectors" covering cloud apps, CRMs, databases, data warehouses and storage. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Odoo and Affinity are on the list.
Attio or Clarify as the destination
ShuttioBoth are destinations. Into Attio the move is free at any record count.
Keeping two systems in sync after the move
SkyviaNo ongoing sync. "Move new records" copies records created in the old CRM after the first run; it does not update changed ones.
Bi-directional synchronization keeps two data sources in sync automatically. Runs can be scheduled, from once a day on Free and Basic to once a minute on Professional. Replication to a database or warehouse and a backup product are sold separately.
Transforming data on the way
SkyviaFields are mapped automatically and shown for review. Shuttio offers no transformation language.
Import is described as an ETL tool with mapping and transformations, with one-time or recurring runs, no code needed, and CSV files from local storage or the cloud.
What happens to your data
Skyvia logs each record's result. Its pages do not describe a sample or an undo for a CRM move.
A result for every record
EvenEvery record is listed with its result. Failures show the reason, and records that depend on a failed one are skipped and shown as a chain.
Run history shows row-level success and error counts, and per-record logs show input values and error messages. Logs can be downloaded.
Undo a migration
ShuttioCancelling deletes everything the migration created, in reverse order, including the objects, fields and options it added. Structure that existed before is never touched. A record that already existed and was matched stays.
Free sample before paying
ShuttioA free sample of 5% of your companies, contacts or deals, 10 to 1,000 records, picked at random, with their linked records. Nothing else is written before you start the full run.
No sample or preview is described on the import page. The Free plan lets you run an import within its limits.
What this comes down to
If you are moving a CRM once
Shuttio is built for that: a free sample, a per-record report, rollback, and a price per migration that is zero into Attio. Skyvia has no Attio connector and charges a subscription.
If you need ongoing sync or other systems
Choose Skyvia if you need two systems kept in sync, scheduled loads into a database or warehouse, transformations, or one of its 200+ connectors. Shuttio does none of these.
If you are comparing every option
The Import2 alternatives page lists Shuttio, Attio's Migrate CRM, ClonePartner, Skyvia, Data2CRM, MigrateMyCRM and CSV import side by side.
If Attio is where you are going, start here.
Nothing is written to your new CRM until you have reviewed the objects and fields, and every CRM migration starts as a free sample: 5% of your companies, contacts or deals, 10 to 1,000 records, picked at random, with their linked records.
