A value was left empty, the record imported
One value did not fit its field and was left empty while the record imported; add it in the destination by hand, or change the field's target on the Fields step before a re-run.

What you see
On the Errors tab, under the object concerned, a row reads "3 people were imported without Phone numbers." The field name is the destination field's title. The row lists each source record id with the value that was left out, cut to 60 characters, and a reason.
The reason is one of:
- "It is too long for the field."
- "It isn't a valid URL."
- "It isn't a valid phone number (a country code may be missing)."
- "It isn't a valid email address."
- "It isn't a valid domain."
- "It isn't one of the field's options."
- "It isn't a valid date."
- "It isn't a valid number."
- "It couldn't be read as the field's type."
- "The field no longer exists in Attio."
- "Attio didn't accept the value."
- "Its option doesn't exist in the field and couldn't be added."
The row ends with "Add it in Attio by hand." It says "Add them" when several values are left out.
Why it happens
A value did not fit its field, or the destination refused it. Shuttio left that value out and wrote the rest of the record. The record counts as imported, not failed.
Shuttio removes the value 14 days after the migration finishes. The row then reads "(removed 14 days after the migration finished)".
How to fix it
- Read the reason on the row.
- To fix one or two values, add them in the destination by hand, as the row says. A missing option or deleted field must exist first.
- To fix a whole column, check on the Fields step where it goes (for a CSV, also its type), then run the migration again. Records already in your destination are matched and updated, not duplicated.
- "Retry all errors" does not send left-out values again, so do not use it for this row. How Retry all errors works.
