Options
Step 3: five switches decide which kinds of data the migration offers on the next steps.
Last updated: 28 October 2026
The Options step ("What should move?") shows up to five switches. A new migration starts with every switch on. A switch that does not apply to your pair is not shown.
| Switch | What it does | Shown for |
|---|---|---|
| Pipelines | Moves pipelines and stages. Off: no pipeline or stage structure is created, and the names land in text fields. | Attio as the destination. Clarify and Odoo always move pipelines and stages. |
| Custom fields | Moves the fields you added yourself. Off: the Fields step opens on "Standard only", and you can still tick any field. | HubSpot and Pipedrive, the sources that tell custom fields from standard ones. |
| Lists | Moves lists and their members. Off: Lists is hidden and unticked on the Objects step. | All sources |
| Custom objects | Creates an object for each of your own record types. Off: only standard objects are offered on the Objects step. | All sources |
| Attachments | Moves the files attached to your records. On unless you turn it off. | Sources that Shuttio can read files from, and not for an Odoo import package (it cannot carry files). |
Whether a destination can take a kind of data is a separate question: the support matrix shows it. For example, Odoo has no place for lists, so a list never reaches Odoo even with the Lists switch on.
Filters set later do not change the price. The price counts everything in your source.
