Price, refunds, security and data retention, and what to do when something fails.

Pricing

A migration into Attio is free at any record count. A CSV import is free into every destination, and the sample is always free.

A CRM migration into Clarify, Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Breakcold or Twenty is priced once per migration by record count: up to 50,000 records, up to 100,000 records, up to 200,000 records, up to 500,000 records, up to 1,000,000 records, up to 5,000,000 records, over 5,000,000 records. You see your band before the full run starts, and you pay at Stripe Checkout. Filters do not change the price. The amounts are on the pricing page.

Refunds

A refund applies only to a paid CRM migration into Clarify, Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Breakcold or Twenty, and only after you have rolled it back with Shuttio's rollback. The customer who paid asks by email once the rollback has finished. Without a rollback there is no refund. An Odoo import package is loaded by you, so Shuttio cannot roll it back and a package migration has no refund path.

The conditions are in the Refunds section of the Terms. How to roll back: Roll back.

Security and data retention

  • Records stream from your CRM to your destination without passing through a model. For a CSV, a model sees each column's name, at most three sample values (cut to 80 characters) and, for a column with 25 or fewer distinct values, how many there are.
  • Credentials: each connection belongs to one migration. Shuttio deletes the token 14 days after the migration finishes (done, failed or cancelled), and revokes it with the provider where the provider allows. A running or paused migration keeps its access.
  • Fields step cache: up to three example values per field, encrypted, used for at most 24 hours and deleted within 48 hours by a daily purge. It also goes when the migration's credentials are purged.
  • CSV files: deleted when the import finishes or you roll it back. A paused or failed run keeps the file until you resume, retry or roll back. A CSV sample started before CSV imports ran in full keeps its file for up to 30 days.
  • What Shuttio keeps afterwards: the structure the run used, the field mapping, the id map and the ledger of what it created. Not your rows.
  • When a single value could not be written to your destination (a malformed email, a number that is not a number), the migration's Errors tab lists it with the object, the field, the source record's id, our own explanation, the destination's error code and HTTP status, and up to 200 characters of the value. The destination's error message is never stored. The value is deleted 14 days after the migration finishes, at the same time as its credentials; the rest of the line stays with the migration.
  • Odoo import packages: kept encrypted and deleted 7 days after they are built, or when you finish the load guide. Download links work for 24 hours.

What to do when something fails

  1. Open the Errors tab and read the reason for each group. The tab says what to fix. "Download CSV" exports every item.
  2. Fix the cause in your source or your destination where you can.
  3. Press "Retry all errors". It runs only the failed items, matches records that already exist instead of duplicating them, and is free.
  4. If the run is paused with a message that starts with "Reconnect", reconnect and press Resume. If the 14-day purge already removed the access, reconnect first.
  5. If the result is wrong, roll back and start again. A sample is the cheapest place to find that out.
  6. If the same error comes back, email help@shuttio.com with the migration number from the side rail of the run page.

Details: Errors and Retry all errors.
