The full run

Price before you start

Into Attio the full run is free. A CSV import is free into every destination. A CRM migration into Clarify, Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Breakcold or Twenty is priced once per migration by record count: up to 50,000 records, up to 100,000 records, up to 200,000 records, up to 500,000 records, up to 1,000,000 records, up to 5,000,000 records, over 5,000,000 records. The button then reads "Run full migration" with your band, and you pay at Stripe Checkout before the run starts. The amounts are on the pricing page.

Shuttio counts your source records to find the band. If the count is not in yet, the button waits ("Available when counting finishes"). If the count fails, the button is disabled and the page says why.

While it runs

• The run page shows a bar and one row per object with imported and failed counts.
• You can pause. The current step finishes first.
• A run that stops (a lost connection, a refused token) pauses with the reason. Reconnect if asked, then press Resume. It continues from where it stopped.
• Cancel stops the run and rolls back what it created.

Records are created first and linked second, so a deal finds its company whatever order they arrived in. A record that already exists is matched and updated, so running a step twice does not duplicate records.

When the run finishes, failed records are listed on the Errors tab: errors and Retry all errors.
